Payment

1. Payment should be made to our cimb account via internet banking or atm machines.
2. Once payment is made, email us your banking reference number / attached a copy of your bank payment as proof.
3. Paypal is currently not available for international buyers.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Items will be shipped to your doorstep via PosLaju only. Effective this year, PosExpress only accept documents for shipping.

3. Note that our store will not be reliable for any missing parcels. However, such incidents is rare due to the reliable system.

Items will be shipped via PosLaju:
1-2 Items: RM6 (West Malaysia)
1-2 Items: RM8 (East Malaysia)
3/more items: RM8 (West Malaysia)
3/more items: RM12 (East Malaysia)

*Some heavy/bulky items may carry extra charges*

Others

1. Refund will only be made if products are badly damaged and customers should ensure that tags are still attached so that we can return to our supplier.
2. Refund may take a longer time as we need to return the goods back to our suppliers overseas. We will ensure all products are of good quality to avoid these problems.
3. Customers are to bear all shipping fees if they were to return the products.
